Waterline
EBH & Associates, P.A. has helped many municipalities and rural water districts to upgrade their aging water distribution lines. Waterlines installed 40-60 years ago are now corroded, undersized and leaking the precious water they try to carry. As much as 40% water loss has been reported by some municipalities in Kansas. The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) views this water loss as unacceptable, and EBH has worked diligently to help these communities to reduce loss of this precious water.
EBH has worked with municipalities across Kansas to correct waterline issues such as:
- Eliminate Dead End Lines
- Eliminate Low Pressure Areas
- Eliminate Water Loss
- Eliminate Undersized Waterlines
- Expand Service Area
- Increase Fire Protection
- Maintain Chlorine Residual
- Replace Non Working Water Valves
